Our Opening Times

Our operating hours are 9am until 5pm Monday through to Friday. Our cutoff time on orders for all in stock items is 4:00pm, however we always attempt to complete orders placed beyond this cutoff.

How to Contact Us

We recommend the use of email as it is quick, efficient, and lets you and us keep a record of previous correspondence. We aim to reply within 3 hours however on busy days this might not be possible.

Online Order Returns

If you have a problem with your product and you wish to return it to us, you need to log into your account and generate an RMA number online. If you have any issues in doing this or require any advice feel free to contact us using the form above.
